Assessment Terms

These terms are between you, the candidate, and QAVetted, an Indian sole proprietorship referred to here as "QAVetted", "we" or "us". A hiring company invited you to an assessment or Live Interview on QAVetted, and you accept these terms before you start.

What you agree to

• Work on your own. Do the work yourself, without help from anyone else. In a Live Interview, work with your interviewers as they ask.
• Use only the tools provided. That includes the AI assistant when the hiring company offers it. Don't open other browser tabs, programs, websites or documentation during the assessment, except your Live Interview's video call or an email to support if something breaks. Time away from the assessment is recorded for the hiring company's review; the Assessment FAQ explains what counts as leaving.
• Keep the assessment's content to yourself. Its questions, tasks, instructions and the applications you test are confidential. Don't share or publish them, or keep copies outside the assessment, during or after it.
• Don't try to steer the evaluation. Don't write instructions meant for the AI evaluator in your work, tests or messages, or otherwise try to direct or manipulate how your work is judged.
• Don't probe, attack or disrupt the platform. Testing the application your task gives you is part of the work. Reaching beyond it, such as attacking QAVetted's systems or getting around the assessment's limits, is not.

The hiring company decides

The hiring company makes every decision about your application. QAVetted delivers the assessment and prepares its results for the hiring company's review; it makes no hiring decision. Ask the hiring company about your application and its outcome.

Your data and AI

The Privacy Notice explains what the assessment records, how your personal data is used and kept, and how to exercise your rights. The AI Notice explains how AI is used in the assessment and its evaluation. We keep a record of which version of these terms you accepted, and when.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted before starting applies to that assessment or Live Interview.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over QAVetted's registered place of business in India have jurisdiction.
