How AI is used

  • Evaluating your practical work. AI evaluates the practical work you submit against the task's criteria. That evaluation decides the work's score and explains the result with examples from your work. Multiple-choice answers are marked against a fixed answer key, without AI.
  • Reviewing activity records. AI reviews the assessment's activity records for possible integrity concerns. The Privacy Notice lists what is recorded.
  • Writing summaries. AI writes summaries of your results for the hiring team and helps prepare a hiring recommendation and a comparison with other candidates who took the same assessment.
  • The AI assistant. When the hiring company offers it, you may use an AI assistant during the assessment. Your conversation with it, including files it reads and changes it proposes, is recorded, reviewed by AI as part of the evaluation and readable by the hiring team.

People make every decision

People at the hiring company review your results and make every decision about your application. AI results inform that review; they never reject anyone automatically, and hiring companies agree not to use them as the only basis for an automatic decision.

The AI provider

QAVetted uses Anthropic's API for this processing. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
